All trading-related content is provided solely for educational purposes and does not include investment advice, stock recommendations, or trading signals.

You may not:

  • Share course access

  • Copy materials

  • Reproduce materials

  • Record trainings

  • Resell content

  • Repurpose content

  • Distribute content

  • Teach Academy materials as your own

Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action where permitted by law.

4. MEMBERSHIPS, COMMUNITY ACCESS & BOOTCAMPS

Certain offers may include:

  • Harasses others

  • Disrupts the community

  • Shares materials

  • Engages in abusive behavior

  • Violates these Terms

Removal from the community, academy, Discord, bootcamp, or membership does not entitle the member to a refund.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT FULFILLMENT

All products offered by Inner Circle Girl Trading Academy™ are digital products or digital services.

Fulfillment is considered complete immediately upon delivery of access, downloads, login credentials, membership activation, community access, course access, or educational materials.

Delivery may include:

  • Welcome emails

  • Academy access

  • Digital resources

Failure to access, complete, review, participate in, or utilize purchased materials does not invalidate fulfillment.

6. REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CREDITS, TRANSFERS, OR PAYMENT REVERSALS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING.

Refunds will not be granted for:
